Choice of 1 Vital Instant Coffee and 1 Healthy Mushroom Capsules

The consensus of experts seems to be 1,400 to 5,200 mg's of ganoderma lucidum mushroom powder for an average adult. These were based on various scientific studies. Adjustment should be made if you weigh more or less than average, have serious health issues, or are very active as in a sport or hobby. To get the 1,400 mg using Ma' Cline's Coffee would require 3 cups of coffee per day which might be too much caffeine for you. We recommend 1-2 cups with 500 mg of ganoderma per cup.
